Please join me in congratulating students attending KYA this year in Louisville and Frankfort. The Y-Club had the very rare distinction of having both of our bills highly ranked and making it to the capitol in Frankfort. Julia R., Matthew M., Aubrey L. and Spencer L. authored and presented a bill which was awarded the “Best Bill” of the conference. Ellie R., Aiden S., Camryn M. and Abby M. authored and presented a bill which was passed and then overrode a veto from the Governor. Julia R. won an award for Outstanding Delegate and Dylan D. won an award for Outstanding Speaker. Congratulations to all!
