Volunteer Information
Walton-Verona School volunteers must have a criminal history background check according to the policy update. Volunteers must submit an authorization form for the background check to be processed.

The request form needs to be submitted at least four weeks prior to the volunteer service/event to provide ample time for processing. This refers to those going on field trips and/or participating with students in programs/ events as a volunteer. Results of each background screening will be received by the superintendent. The superintendent shall have the authority to disqualify any individual from participating in school and/or district programs as a volunteer based on Walton-Verona Policies. 

If you are currently an employee or substitute for Walton-Verona Schools you DO NOT need to fill out this form. We already have an official background check in your personnel file.
