Here’s something you didn’t know you knew: Today is Human Rights Day and the state slogan of Kansas is the Hawkeye State.

Signed contracts for the cast and crew are due today to Mr. Kneisley

Card club this week will be Euchre day!  All members will playing Euchre. Sign up for spot outside Mrs. Koester’s door before Wednesday morning.  If you don’t want to play Euchre then come to the next meeting which will be Uno Day!

 ·   The Varsity Boys Basketball team defeated Gallatin County last night 79-70:

o   Brant Smithers led the Bearcats with 23 points, followed by Carter Krohman & Conner Davis with 12 each. 

o   The Freshman & JV Boys teams fell to the Wildcats

·   The Freshman, JV & Varsity Girls Basketball team travels to Lloyd tonight. 

·   Anyone interested in applying for the NIAAA/KHSADA Scholarship please see coach Bennett in the AD Office, requirements for this scholarship are:

o   3.5 Grade Point Average

o   Top 25% Class Rank

o   ACT 25 or higher

o   Lettered in 2 Varsity Sports for 2 Years

The Varsity Boys Basketball team defeated Dixie Heights on Friday 84-70. 

We want to congratulate Coach Mike Hester on his first Varsity win of his young career!!!

The Freshman, JV & Varsity Boys travel to Gallatin County tonight at 5:00

The Varsity Wrestling team finished as the Bearcat Brawl Runner Up this weekend:

 The bearcats defeated Lafayette, Cooper, Boyle County, and Bardstown before falling to Indian Hill in the final.

The Varsity Girls Basketball team defeated Holmes on Friday, before falling the Etown on Saturday. 

 The Freshman, JV & Varsity Girls basketball teams travel to Lloyd on Tuesday night

Hey Bearcats!! It's time to show off your talents! The high school PTSA is sponsoring Open Mic Night on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 6:00. Do you sing, dance, perform magic, write poetry, or play an instrument? Here's your chance to showcase that talent!! No special talents? That's okay! Come out, watch your friends, enjoy a coffee and hot cocoa bar, & have some dessert! All acts need to sign up in the office with Ms. Evans by Friday, December 6th.

“Attention all Y Club and Beta members!  Please come to the Madonna House at 1:00 pm tomorrow if you can to rake leaves and possibly put up Christmas decorations.  Mrs. Schutzman will be there with the supplies – you just need to dress warmly and wear gloves. Madonna House is located at 25 Orphanage Rd. in Ft. Mitchell.  See Mrs Schutzman if you have questions.”

Auditions for the Spring musical Rock Of Ages will be today, December 3 from 3-5ish in the Commons.  Audition materials are outside Mr. Kneisley’s Room, 404, Crew applications are Due Thursday.


Cast members of Gingerbread Girl will me at 8:30 in the Commons to leave for the elementary school, you will be returning immediately following the performance.
